I was first introduced to this delicious lentil dip several years ago before I became a vegetarian and it quickly became my go-to potluck contribution. It is seriously the easiest thing to make – there’s absolutely no cooking involved and no chopping. Are you ready?
Bruschetta and Lentil Dip
Adapted from My Favorite Things
- 1 package steamed lentils
- 1 container bruschetta sauce, drained
- 1 container crumbled feta cheese
- Crackers (I love using water crackers or pita crackers)
In a large bowl, break up lentils using the back of a large spoon (this will keep the lentils whole). Next, mix in bruschetta sauce, and feta. Serve with crackers or sliced cucumber.
