Pumpkin Spice Latte
This coffeehouse favorite is sure to warm up a Fall morning.

- 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp non-dairy creamer
- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice plus more for garnish
- 1 serving instant coffee granule
In a saucepan, stir together the nondairy milk, creamer, and canned pumpkin and warm over medium heat until the mixture begins to steam.
Reduce the heat and bring to a simmer. Whisk in the agave nectar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and instant coffee.
Pour into a mug and enjoy.
If you don't have pumpkin spice, then you can always make your own by mixing:
- 4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
