Avocado toast is a simple dish that can be easily dressed up. We love the variations below, but feel free to mix and match however you see fit.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread toasted
- 1 small avocado
- sea salt and red pepper flakes to taste

Lemon Arugula Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread, toasted
1 small avocado
Sea salt and red pepper flakes, to taste
1 lemon wedge
½ cup fresh arugula
Directions
Spoon ½ of each avocado onto bread and spread evenly. Sprinkle avocado with sea salt and red pepper flakes.
Top with fresh arugula and squeeze lemon wedge on top.
Hemp and Pumpkin Seed Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread, toasted
1 small avocado
Sea salt and red pepper flakes, to taste
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Directions
Spoon ½ of each avocado onto bread and spread evenly. Sprinkle avocado with sea salt and red pepper flakes.
Top with hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Pomegranate Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread, toasted
1 small avocado
Sea salt and red pepper flakes, to taste
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 orange wedge
Directions
Spoon ½ of each avocado onto bread and spread evenly. Sprinkle avocado with sea salt and red pepper flakes. Top with pomegranate seeds and a squeeze of the orange wedge.
Balsamic Tomato Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread, toasted
1 small avocado
Sea salt and red pepper flakes, to taste
½ c cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Balsamic vinegar
Directions
Spoon ½ of each avocado onto bread and spread evenly. Sprinkle avocado with sea salt and red pepper flakes.
Top with cherry tomatoes and parsley. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
