package steamed lentils

container bruschetta sauce
drained, approx 1/2 cup
1/4
cup
fresh basil
chopped

package vegan feta cheese
optional, approx 1/2 cup crumbled
Crackers or Sliced Cucumber
Instructions
In a large bowl, break up lentils using the back of a large spoon (this will keep the lentils whole).
Mix in bruschetta sauce, feta and basil until combined.
Serve with crackers or sliced cucumber.

Notes
Violife makes an excellent vegan feta, but if you are unable to find it at your local grocery store, then you can omit from the recipe.
