Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Perfect for game nights, this recipe for cauliflower bites is a great vegan spin on a traditional bar favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into 2" pieces
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup + 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup Frank's Red Hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Mix water, flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder/cayenne and pepper in a bowl until smooth. Coat cauliflower in the batter and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Once the cauliflower is cooked, toss in Frank’s Red Hot sauce (use more or less, as desired). Serve warm.

Notes

If hot sauce isn't for you, then you can add 2 tbsp of your favorite seasoning to the batter instead. We recommend Jamaican jerk seasoning, garam masala or even a shawarma inspired spice mix.
